I purchased Orient Electric Aeroquiet ****mm premium ceiling fan on **th April **** from Amazon.in and the same was delivered to me on **th April ****. Within a month the fan stopped functioning. I called Amazon.in customer care and they provided me with the Orient customer care contact details. On *st week of August **** I called the Orient customer care and booked a complain and after a week suddenly on **th August one technician called me and confirmed me to visit on **th August ****. But on a given date he neither visited nor picked my call. Again on **th August ****, I called the Orient customer care to know when the technician will visit and I was shocked to know that the ticket was closed by the technician mentioning that problem was resolved. Again the Orient customer care executive gave me another slot and Mr Simon Kumar's (Service Manager +** ***** *****) contact details to inform him the situation in details. I spoke to Simon on the same day and he confirmed me to send a technician next day that is **th August **** and assured me the previous action shouldn't be repeated. But till **th August no technician visited and so on the same day I called Simon again. Over the call, he behaved liked surprised to know that the technician didn't visit. Because that time also he was informed that technician visited and resolved the problem. He then confirmed me to send a technician and resolve the problem by **st August ****. One after next day on **th August **** I received a call from Orient technical supervisor (+** ***** *****) and he confirmed me that on **st August **** technician will visit to resolve the problem. On **st August **** morning, I called the supervisor to confirm the technician's visit and he confirmed me that the technician will visit my place in between **:** - **:** hrs. and will call me before arrive. Till **:** I didn't receive any call from technician, supervisor or Simon so I called Simon to make sure the technician should visit. On a conference call with Simon and the supervisor, it was decided that within the next hour the technician will visit. But the technician didn't visit that day or then after. Next day *st September **** morning I called Simon and the supervisor multiple time but they didn't pick those call. Today is *rd September **** till my fan is not functioning. I am feeling upset and helpless. Please suggest me the way.
