I have been a frequent customer of AJIO app for the past few years but recently for the first time i have bought something expensive from Ajio Lux of Rs **,*** item. So i placed an order on *th of October **** using my credit card, on **th of october i received my product but with different color and i did not like it so i made a call on the same date but according to their team executive the color which i ordered was out of stock so they told me to wait and said it will be back in no time and then you can exchange it, so i waited but it never happened planned to return to it. So i raised a request and it was well accepted but no one came so i checked few days later i found out the request got cancelled from their end. again requested with the help of customer care and then it was picked up succesffuly y their team on *st of November since then i have been waiting for the refund but haven't received yet. i have called them again and again and again but till now ajio team has not responded and every time i make a complaint they keep on adding a weeks time for the problem to get solved i don't know what to do now. have patiently waited enough and wrote mails too but its the same issue
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
