we recently purchased a samsung machine top load *kg and are facing a issue since purchased, we raised up with a lot of complaints, but the proper resolution was not bieng provided
Few days ago on ** dec ** the engineer washed * small woolen clothes in *kg machine and still the clothes were more dirty than before.
but the samsung customer care people were just extending the time since * months, and not taking any initiate
Now on *th January ** another engineer visited and claim that the machine is having an issue and two of the spare parts are not working
Machine is new and has not been open till yet and we we are having a request for exchange or refund but they are closing our request and not initiating to take any step regarding the exchange.
They are saying abussive things and claiming that if we would not get the spare parts exchange so they wood close the request as this is the only way but I machine is new and we want exchange or refund it is a defective piece, recently purchased , we do not allow anyone to open it!!!!
WE COMPLAINED FROM * MONTHS CONTINUOUSLY, BUT THEY DECLINED WITH NO ISSUE. NOW THE SNAG HAS BEEN CLAIMED AFTER * MONTHS OF STRUGGLE.
NOW THEY'RE NOT TAKING UPFOR THE EXCHANGE.
we need a refund or exchange immediately.
