My BookingID: YDBR**** which was cancelled on **th June. I had paid that initial amount through Amazon Pay because of *** Rs cash back offer. After cancellation of that booking I have received messages that "refund amount is **** and will be refunded in * working days." But still I have not receive the amount. Even after several Emails exchanged, thay are only saying * to ** Days to wait. They also asked me to provide bank statement and I had shared this to them but no information from their end and still refunded amount is not reflection in my AmazonPay / bank account.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

Even after cancellation of booking. Money not refunded yet.
I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
I was denied check in at an oyo hotel after having a confirmed booking, I was told to pay extra to get a hotel room directly without a booking.
