ACT Broadband - ACT internet out of service since 11 days

I have attached the email ids of the entire management team for the public who have similar problems with ACT.
ACT has the Most pathetic customer service and is the worst internet service provider. The customer representatives have kept our calls on hold for hours and few of these people have hung up our calls. I’m constantly being asked to wait for ** hrs after every call and they don’t have *% responsibility to call the customer back. I am really sick and tired of this
They are cheating and lying their customers every minute.
These guys are nothing but bunch of Shameless Looters and Losers
