*. I was to travel from Bangalore to Hyderbad on November ****. I had requested temporary suspension of Internet. Which got processed in jan. Thereby generating bill for the whole month till **th Jan.
*. I somehow or other contacted their customer service. Please note none of their customer service number work. The one on the website. As well as the email id. There is an auto generated acknowledgement mail but no resolution. So when i somehow contacted the customer care, the agent assured that they can see the duration when my router was inactive, and they would adjust the bill accordingly.
*. I didnot get any resolution mail and also the whole month bill was chargrd as mentioned in point*.
*. When i returned from Hyderabad on *th to Bangalore. I contacted with the reconnection team and explained to them the ordeal. They said the connection team would agjust the bill issue. When the connecting guy came he said to contact the customer service as they were not the right person. So now even for this month, for the net usage of ** days the entire monthlg bill is generated for **days. The total amount comes to ****.*
*. I want the bill to adjusted properly.
