I had applied for ACT fibernet connection on **/*/**** after I enquired with ACT sales executive - Vinod Gowda (phone - **********). I made the payment in ACT app for * months for ****/- After paying, one guy from ACT told me that my area needs junction box installation and will come back in * days. After that no one came for installation or provided wifi router/connection. I am not able to reach out ACT customer service numbers and tried calling the sales executive. Everytime I call sales executive, got a reply that he will send people for installation but till now no one came. I have written email to ACT customer support, but didn’t get any response. All I want is my money back. Very poor customer service from ACT Fibernet.
