Raghavendran filed complaint against ACT Broadband on Aug 16, 2023
Payment was due on **/*/** and payment made on **/*/** through credit card through ACT website. Credit card bank confirmed by mail of successful transaction, but ACT still maintains that payment is not received and hence suspended services. Despite talking to both ICICI and ACT CUSTOMERCARE issue remains
