Hi team,This is in regards to the order which wasnt fulfilled the right way through Flipkart.
The order was placed through the Flipkart App, the item should have contained ***KG weight plates and ***KG plates.
I received ***KG plates only and ***.*KG plate. which means ***KG plate was missing, I then immediately raised a return.
Got a call after * days from Flipkart that I have raised wrong return type request(spoke to Jaswinder), and a return is not possible, Jaswinder cancelled the return request and helped me raise a refund saying return is not possible. (please check call recording).
The next day I got a mesage saying refund is not possible and found that my account to be blocked. I called flipkart and spoke to Varun who transferred me to someone named Antara who was so rude and put me on mute for ** minutes at a stretch and I had to disconnect. All this happened on **th and **th Dec.
Since then I only have to potray this in social media but with no help, got an email saying I had several returns and hence I cant login to my account. which is incorrect and completely false.
This case has been misshandled since the beginning and they don't even bother calling. Customer service is absolute joke for Flipkart. I have tweeted Flipkart several times and they only comeback saying my issue is resolved, which is completely false. I haven't been able to use the item yet and is just eating up space at home. Flipkart needs to unblock my account and if return is not possible then refund me for the incorrect item.
