I'm daily follow up with Jeeves Consumer Services for Mobile which has accidental damage of screen.
I have paid Rs.*** on **.**.**** to claim the service
Till date I have not received my mobile and everytime customer care service guys are telling wait for ** or ** or ** hours which is not acceptable and getting irritated me. There are extending the days and there is no proper update on this
Kindly take some action to get my mobile
