I had an official work at Swargate Pune on **th October. Hence booked a hotel at FC Road, The Ashish Plaza. I was taken aback when the hotel management told me that they closed since March **** and no booking is accepted since then. Yatra.com still had accepted my booking. I tried calling their CC number which after several got to know is futile. They don't have customer care at all. They only have a mail id hotelservices@yatra.com which I don't think gets checked even once a week. I had to rush another hotel on that very date and pay extra **** to get lodged inside.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
