I have Booked ticket from Jaisalmer to Ahmedabad AC bus of Thar Travels from Goibibo Website with Invoice No G**BS**I******** dated **/**/**** and Booking ID G**BS**I********,
In start of Journey AC was not working , we asked Driver to Start, he said already started and will take some time to cool, after an hour still we were facing same issue so again asked them, driver said there is some issue and we have called mechanic to repair it who will come in Badmer, we waited till Badmer no mechanic came and the issue was remain same, they said mechanic will come in Sanchor , but again they fooled us, during enitre journey we came without AC where our ticket was AC and Goibibo charged for the same, Now it feels they maked us fool and overcharged us.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
