- Abuse and insult Open
I booked hotel silver key from Oyo but I got insulted this hotel reception and hotel manager. I am never thought to see this insult. We booked this hotel for the family but we did not know this hotel is unmarried couples allowed hotel. We go to this hotel reception but reception lady thread us like a beggar and fraud but we are family. After the hotel manager come and check our ID and told you can go but very very checkings. Actually this hotel only like unmarried couples not like family. We go mother and son and daughter. Also in mentioned ID proof also for we are family. I'm check-in many hotels and I know which is allowed unmarried couples allowed hotels checkings but this hotel very very rude and checkings. They insult us and misuse our ID card. This hotel manager was very very rude he said I'm only allowed when I see guest face so I'm very very shocking. Hotel rights only check proof with photo face otherwise they no need to face for truly they are family. They insult me. Please help me.
