Phonepe Mobile App - My phone pe account blocked

I raised a request to close my account... several times they delayed it and finally they ask my account details to close my phone pe account...then i provided my all details , after that they blocked my account , I m not able to open my account plz ,take action on them
I have a proof that they asked me to close account..not for blocking
