Vipul mittal filed complaint against Phonepe Mobile App on Nov 7, 2019
I have added rs***** into phonepe wallet to transfer money into my bank account and i need that money very urgently. But money is not withdrawn from wallet and asking for full kyc. Even i have done E-kyc already and i called customer care executive they suggested me to wait for their response because phonepe havn't set KYC program at every state in india. So why they apply this kyc system if they havn't set this properly. Even am living in captilal of india (delhi). if Phonepe not set their full kyc at delhi so where is it applicable ?
i am so poor. So pls give me my money back i need it very urgently.
