Phonepe Mobile App - Upi transaction

Phonepe user sent me **k via phonepe but the amount was incorrectly sent to another bank account which I was not even added in the phonepe. It was supposed to receive on hdfc but credited to kotak bank. I made hdfc as a primary account to make and receive the amount on phonepe. Again the sender send **rs to phonepe, this time it was credited to hdfc. I cannot take money from kotak as I'm having lien on it. Phonepe made a wrong transfer. Please help me
