On *th June, I booked Delhi - Kuala Lumpur flight for * Adults & * infant in economy class with fare of Rs. **,*** having reschedule/amendment charges of Rs.**** + *** (goibibo charge) per adult passenger.
On **th June, I found airfare dropped more than **% for same flight and same date i.e. around Rs ***** (economy class for * adults and * infant) and **,*** (business class for * adults and * infant). I thought to upgrade my booking from economy to business class as fare delta was minimum.
As I booked flight through goibibo, my only source to change is through goibibo customer care only. They took benefit of this and quoted me price of Rs. *,**,*** (**,*** delta fare/reschedule charges + **,*** paid during initial booking).
Really this was disgraceful response of goibibo customer care. Even they stand on the same after sharing there website prices.

Goibibo is delaying my up-gradation to business class and in mean time if prices increase who will be responsible for extra price. I will try to raise the same in consume court also if no proper action taken from your side.
