- 10 days SLA period completed but no proper resolution yet Open
I have sent a mobile on the **th as per SLA T&C which I got in the mail. Post-purchase which mentioned SLA includes all * days of a week. The ** day's period has been completed still they keep on saying it is still in the service centre. As per the T&C, I should have received the mobile by now which is either repaired or replaced with the same mobile. But I am not receiving an update. Don't fool me by saying business days as per their SLA include all * days. I am attaching the T&C of mail. I received post purchase I need resolution right now. The customer care is saying we don't care whatever T&C you received you need to follow what we say.
