The product is edible and it has been on same location from last * days. we have made noting less than ** calls to shiprocket and no GO.
no clear answer, no clear communication and no action for it getting delivered on or beyond schedule.
the customer service is disconnecting calls, not even obliging call back.
These kind of start ups must shut shop if they cannot keep up with commitment.
