Cars24 - Services delay in RC processing and document collection

Hi Team,

I bought Maruti IGNIS Car from Cars ** on **nd Dec **** and paid ****/- for Service charge and got the delivery of the car on **th Dec **** after paying the full amount to Seller, I also paid ****/- to Cars ** Represetntitnve for RC transfer as he told me that the car is registered in PMC so I need to pay extra money to get it transferred to PCMC(MH**) for (MH**, I paid the money and he informed that he will collect the NOC from the seller and share the For **, ** Copy and Acknogement copy next day as **th is the Holiday.

I called them multiple times since **th Dec and every time I get the response that they will collect it and start the Transfer Process but till date (**/**/****) the NOC from seller has not been collected and I have not teceived any response on the progress of process..

request CARS ** Team to look int this matter immediately and provide the receipt ASAP..
