Dear Mahindra & Mahindra Limited,
I am Harsh Jagdish Katira, the owner of vehicle MH-**-GV-****, purchased in ****. Over the past four years, this vehicle has been a significant concern due to frequent breakdowns and extensive time spent in your showrooms for repairs. In the current year alone, it has visited the showroom **-** times and experienced *-** breakdowns while on the road. Annually, the vehicle covers **,*** km at a cost of * rupees per km, but it remains non-operational for more than *** days out of ***, greatly impacting our business.
Currently, my vehicle is once again at Jitendra Auto World for repairs, where it has been for a week without resolution. Even after repairs, it breaks down shortly afterward, indicating persistent issues. Delays in obtaining spare parts and challenges in diagnosing the problems further complicate the situation.
Given the recurring and severe nature of these issues, I respectfully request a replacement for my vehicle under warranty. I believe this is the most appropriate solution to address the ongoing problems with MH-**-GV-****.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.
