Mahindra & Mahindra - Not received second car key

I bought XUV*** AT L P last year i.e. **th Aug'**. During delivery of the car, Dealer promised that the second key will delivered within * months of delivery of the car. It's now nearing one year and there is no trace of the same. I reminded both Customer care of Dealer and M&M. Complained to the Dealer, escalated to Customer care of Mahindra but there is no response. Last week Dealer sent a mail saying that the key has arrived and they took all the details of existing key on What'sapp. They called the car on **.**.**** for programming the key. And now they are saying the part mark is not matching. M&M Customer care is not bothered to revert and tweeted to Mr. Anand Mahindra also. But of no answer. Now I am forced to take insurance for loss of key since I am having only one key.
