I wanted to escalate my complaint to a higher authority within mahindra to resolve it, so i reached out to customer support at mahindra. Mailed them several times, but their replies were not acceptable and satisfying. also posted a tweet to which they said they will contact me but there was no mail or call. To emphasize and at this point my patience is worn out. i am attaching my tweet for better insight into the complaint.

As a loyal mahindra customer, i would like a justified, detailed and reasonable statement towards such hefty financial and mechanical burden on me.
