Red Bus - refunded amount
Siddarudh Biradar patil filed complaint against Red Bus on Jan 7, 2022
Please not that Ticket id: TQDT******** and TQDQ********. The bus operator has informed that bus has been canceled.
I have not received any information from REDBUS that bus has canceled and please select another or select for refund the full amount. After bus operators information and i was waiting for the RED BUS email or call but not received any information about cancellation of bus. Later my self canceled the tickets and charges were applied by RED BUS. After cancellation RED BUS not provided cancellation or refund amount references to ask bank.
