My phone was picked on *th aug **** but until now I didn't receive any update from that team.. I don't know why it's happening with me. It's been around ** days, still they are saying that your device will be repaired. I have called them nearly ** times but every single time I'm listening only one thing from them that "you'll get a call from our back end team with in ** hours". I don't know what to do and whom to contact. Please help me. I just want my device back. I'm completely frustrated and vexed of them.. Please I need a solution for this.
