I booked two rooms through OYO app in udaipur for **th sep**** on **th sep****.I paid the full amount online. I was with my family (* kids below *year, * senior citizen and * ladies)..I took cabs to reach at hotel but when I reached at hotel ( it was too far what was not mentioned on app).Hotel owner denied to offer ROOMS , he said you have to pay me as well as we do not have tie up with OYO now.. he misbehave as well ; after ** min discussion we took same cabs and came back to railway station.All these transportation cost was approx ****rs ; I want reimbursement from OYO as compensation since I spent time,money just because of OYO mismanagement ...

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
