*. On ** February ****, the Complainant purchased on line air ticket from cs@happyeasygo. com for travel on ** April **** to Mamslore paying Rs.**** thru SBI net banking (Annexure A)
*. On ** February ****, another ticket was purchased for the Complainant's wife for Rs,sMangalore of **Rs. ********. Annexure Bs.*B* (Annexure B)
*. Total; amount paid was Rs.***** to cs@happyeasygo.com. (Annexure C)
*. On ** April ****, an application for seeking a refund was made for Rs***** against a canceled flight /Ticket of cs@happyeasygo.com. (Annexure D)
*. Despite various telephone calls and e-mails there was no sign of any refund possible from cs@happyeasygo.com. Resulting in mental tension and agony to the Complainants who are both Senior Citizens. (Annexure E)
