I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent travel experience with your airline. On June *, ****, I had booked a flight from Lucknow to Mumbai with the flight number *E****, under the PNRs X*WK*A and ASI*NP. However, upon arriving at the airport, I was informed by your ground staff that the flight had been canceled without any prior notice.

This sudden cancellation caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my travel plans. Despite the inconvenience caused, I appreciate that your staff arranged an alternative connecting flight, *E***, departing from Lucknow to Mumbai at *:** PM the same day. However, the lack of communication and assistance provided during this ordeal was deeply disappointing.

Upon reaching the airport at **:** AM, I requested assistance from your ground staff for refreshment, considering the extended delay and the early arrival time. Regrettably, I did not receive any refreshment or support from your team, leaving me to endure the long wait without any amenities or assistance.

This lack of support and communication from your airline staff is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the level of service provided to passengers. As a paying customer, I expect a certain standard of care and assistance, especially in situations where there are significant disruptions to travel plans.

I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Additionally, I request compensation for the inconvenience and lack of assistance experienced during this journey.

I trust that you will address this matter promptly and provide a satisfactory resolution. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue.
