Bhavana K M filed complaint against Indigo Airline on May 26, 2023
My PNR - BMUUWS. I was travelling along with my spouse and kid from Srinagar to Bangalore.
My original booking was at **:**hrs on **th of May with Delhi layover. We were supposed to reach Bangalore at ****hrs.
We reached Srinagar Airport at **:**pm on **th. Then we were told the flight is rescheduled to **:** and then there were further delays which was affecting our connecting flight from Delhi to Bangalore. After multiple follow ups we were given a different flight from Srinagar to Mumbai and Mumbai to Bangalore.
The flight time was **:** which further got delayed to **:** and we ended up reaching late to Mumbai and our connecting flight had left by then.
The delay was just because they couldn't arrange a wheel chair for a passenger.
We were told that they will coordinate internally and wait for us. But nothing was done.
After a long argument we were given the next available flight which was at *am on **th May.
So we ended up reaching Bangalore at *am on **th instead of **** hours on **th May.
More than ** hours of delays, mismanagement from indigo airlines. We were not even offered food, stay or even lounge access.
Due to this we had to spend so much money on lounge, lunch, dinner , breakfast. Then we had to take off from our work on **th. Mentally and physically we are dead as we didn't sleep entire night.
We have literally spent more than ** hours in the Airports.
What a pathetic experience. I need a compensation for what we have gone through.
