श्री मांन मेने सिम्फनी का जंबो एयर कूलर कंपनी के द्वारा बताए गए डिस्टिब्यूटर से खरीदा है कंपनी वाले डिस्टिब्यूटर ने कूलिंग की गारंटी ली और * दिन में ही कूलर के कूलिंग पेड़ में पानी आना बंद हो गया और कूलर की घास सुखी रहती है और जगह जगह से पेड़ हट गई कंपनी के ऑनलाइन पोर्टल पर शिकायत दर्ज की गई कंपनी वाले से बात की तो कहा गया कि अभी हम आपके कूलर की सर्विस नही दे सकते श्री मान इस गर्मी में बिना कूलर रहना असंभव है आपसे निवेदन है कि कृपया करके कार्यवाही करने का कष्ट करें
