I ordered * products(* Earphone,a pair of Shoe and a specs) in club factory and paid the full amount ***.** rupees online .My order was confirmed and an order id was send to my message.After I enter my order id to track my order,i only acknowledge that only * product is in my order.After that I try to contact Club Factory customer care ,which was given in their website, that number was actually not existing ,they are saying to check the number dialed.That means there is no way i can contact the company to report the complaint and this is cheating.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
