VINOD KUMAR filed complaint against Airtel on Jul 16, 2020
I applied throuh Online web Portal of Airtel for Broadband connection on dated **th July **** and as per my chosen Plan I paid INR ****.** through online Internet Banking to Airtel only after successful uploading of the required Document (Aadhar Card) and also video Identity document. After payment, I got SMS message that "your Airtel Product payment txn ID : ********* of Rs. ****.** is processed successfully". However, from very next day, I started receiving message that your KYC verification is unsuccessful. No one from Airtel is calling and explaining that what is the reason for unsuccessful KYC Verification? If uploaded document was not appropriate, why Airtel asked for deposit of Amount? They should had verified everything and then would had demanded for payment. No one from Airtel has turned up for giving explanation or sorting out the issues and giving Broadband connection. I have a feeling now that after getting the money in advance, Airtel is completely silent on Broadband connection. Under this circumstances, I am feeling completed cheated by Airtel and demand Airtel to refund my paid Amount at the earliest possible time.
