It is a solar panel installation order for home purpose. Booked the order on March ****. Till now August **** nobody cares. I have paid ** per cent of the money forced to pay but they said they will do. If I ask them after some days they will say again will complete it next week. Months by months passed until now not completed the project.
Yesterday I called they said again it will be done this week but they did not give any assurance.
Today *rd August I called all the people I know in that company. Nobody picked up the call. I called the main office Bengaluru team but no use. Then only I realised this company is a fraud providing fake promises not providing solutions.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
