My name is Gunasekhar Reddy. My phone number is +**-**********. I was contacted by Zunroof team sales person Darshan Hegde +************ and informed about ZUNROOF SOLAR SYSTEM and benefits. He mentioned that there is a subsidy for solar system and will be closed in a week. He asked me to make advance payment for solar system. I showed interest and after getting confirmation from manager (Sarath) about the timelines of the project, I paid the **% of the project cost i.e. Rs. *****. Sales person confirmed that structure meterial will be delivered in * weeks and then I need to make remaining amount payment. It's been more than a month no response from customer support even after submitting support requests in their website. The customer support is not responding and sales person does not pick the calls or respond to the messages. My amount is blocked now and I don't know if the installation will be done as there is no response from the company or the management. The support request for reference is **********NOV******. There is no response
