I (Gautam Jain) Had Booked A Solar Project With The Company Zunroof Tech Pvt Ltd And Has A Written Agreement With Them In Which They Mentioned That The Total Project Of The Project Was (Rs ******) And Rs *,**,***/- Will Be Refunded To Me Vide Subsidy After ** Months From Installation Of The Solar Plant. I Paid The Amount Of Rs *,**,***/- To The Company As They Told Me That Their Policy Of Full Advance Payment. I Was Told That If I Book The Project Now, I Will Also Recieve A Gold Coin.
After Several Mails To The Company, They Installed Solar Panels And Other Items Of Solar Plant In September ****. But Neither RMS Nor Any Purchase Bill, Gold Coin Etc Was Provided To Me. I Have Even Not Recieved The Subsidy Of Rs ******/- Till Date. I Have Sent Them More Than ** Mails Regarding The Same But They Are Not Ready To Solve My Problem. My Customer I'd Is JAN*****.
