Availed the services of ZoomCar in June **** and waiting for the due refund as per commitment within ** days, but now we are in April ****, almost ** months and every followup results in a standard message"Please accept our deepest apologies for the delay in processing the refund Vivek. Our team has been making all efforts to make sure that the refund is initiated as soon as possible. We shall inform you as soon as the refund is initiated. Requesting your patience in the interim."
This is unfair practice, taking Security Deposit from OCnusmers and given the lack of time, people will not followup and Zoomcar capitalizing on this opportunity and looting from customers. The invoice itself was shared with me only in Dec ****, after persistent followup. Classic case of Whitecollar fraud, cheating consumers at scale!
