I have made two bookings in October and one is completed and another one is cancelled for those two bookings Zoomcar commited refund for Rs.**** and SLA for refund is ** days . But now it crossed more than * months since I have not received my money and no updates from Zoomcar and no response for my mails and customer support is turned off.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
