I cancelled my trip (JPS*N**EO) on **th of July, for which refund of INR **** is pending. As per zoom car policy the refund is initiated after ** working days (which has been updated to ** days recently), but it's been more than * weeks now and I haven't received any refund. Going through their social media feed I came to know that refunds if thousands of customers are stuck for months now.
