I am Navaneethan, i have attached my vehicle to Zoomcar
registration number KA ** MX ****. On **nd November ****, my vehicle was involved in an accident while it was being used by a Zoomcar customer. Following the incident, I promptly reported the matter to Zoomcar, and per their instructions, I handed over my vehicle to the Zoomcar garage on *nd December **** for repairs.
However, despite my repeated attempts to follow up on the repair status, I have not received any updates, and my vehicle remains in the Zoomcar garage to date. I have exhausted all available options for communication but have not received a satisfactory response.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. It is imperative that my vehicle is repaired without further delay, and I would appreciate any efforts you can make to expedite the process.
