I made a booking on **th Sep-**** for a self-drive rental car with Zoomcar India Private Limited, Bangalore (hereinafter to be referred as Zoomcar), and the payment for the said booking amounting to INR ****/- was made.
The car was used and returned as per the agreed timelines. Subsequently, Zoomcar agreed and approved the refund amount of INR ****/- which was accepted by me (screenshot attached; break-up: INR ****/- security deposit, INR ****/- fuel charges reimbursement, INR ***/- past fines pending on their car/car provided to me and paid to the traffic police-proof submitted to Zoomcar and payment approved by Zoomcar). However, Zoomcar has failed to refund the amount of INR ****/- as stated above earlier as of the date of writing this i. e. **-Mar-****. I have written several emails to them since then but they have not responded (email conversation chain attached). I also reached out to them on Twitter (screenshot attached) but they only have false promises to offer. They have also blocked their customer care voice call number so that customers like me who do not have an active/live booking cannot reach them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
