Zoomcar host - Zoomcar not paid for car repair

on **th april **** drunken zoom car guest had hit my car to divider and spoiled my car badly.Zoom car has not taken complaint for * months and not repair it .After * months they asked to come garage but garage not had spare and send it to MG warehouse.I paid *.* lath to MG as zoomcar said they will pay later.But zoomcar has not paid it after * months as well as lot of stress and mental harresment form zoomcar.I already sent legal notice to zoomcar but they have not done anything.Now I want to file case aganist zoomcar.
