Shashank sah filed complaint against Zoomcar India Private Limited on May 25, 2022
I am a Zoomcar Host and there has been Heavy Damages which Happened in Booking ID JPS*CDVN in which Zoomcar used my Vehicle for booking
I am also attaching the bill of the Total Cost involved in Fixing the Damages to my Vehicle and the Damaged portions of the car.
car is still waiting in garage for payment to be released so that they can release my Vehicle.
The Zoomcar customer support is so pathetic that even after multiple escalations the Team has not Bothered to reply and call me or release the Payment.
Apart from this the Car was in Booking in Id JPS*CDVN for more than ** Days. I need the full Compensation as I was not able to use my car for these Days. and Zoomcar Charged the customer in lacs.This is a complete case of Fraud and Cheating
Attached are the Images and the bill receipt of ***** (Rupees FiftySix Thousand Seven Hundred Forty ) and Rs-**** = ***** (Rupees Fifty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Nine Only ).Pls make the payment generated from the invoice
