RUSHABH DARJI filed complaint against Zoomcar India Private Limited on Aug 23, 2025
My car met with an accident during a trip allocated by Zoomcar to their guest. Since then, the vehicle was sent for repair, but till today it has neither been repaired nor returned to me.
The garage team is not responding, and the Zoomcar host support team is also not giving proper answers or a confirmed delivery date. Despite several follow-ups and escalations, no resolution has been provided.
This has caused me severe inconvenience, mental harassment, and financial loss as I am deprived of using my own car. Zoomcar’s negligence and lack of accountability clearly amount to deficiency in service and unfair trade practices.
Relief Sought:
*. Immediate completion of repairs and delivery of my car without any further delay.
*. Written explanation from Zoomcar regarding the prolonged delay, lack of communication, and negligence.
*. Compensation for the financial losses, mental harassment, and inconvenience suffered.
*. Assurance from Zoomcar to avoid such negligence in the future and to provide timely support to car owners/hosts.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
