Hi ,
I had done cancellation of my booking on **th Sep . As per company's policy , they were supposed to refund my pending balance Rs **** within ** days but there is no action yet .
It's been quite a follow up now . I tried to raise the complaints again and again from their app but courtesy, no one has reverted .
Can you plz help me how will I get my refund back ?
