Google pay tez - Money debited but it got dailed and it dint credit back

On **th Jan i sent **** rs from Google pay account which is linked to my hdfc bank to credit idfc bank. *st it showed as successful then it showed as failed. I raised dispute which states money should come back in * days. It dint work out. I called google pay,hdfc and idfc. All said they can't help me. I again called google pay as they were the medium. But still they said they have escalted but they are not solving. I called hdfc. They said they need * months time. I am struggling from google pay and hdfc bank as am constantly mailing them n calling them. but of no use. Today it is **st feb. Like * and half month still i dint get my money back.
