Zomato - Zomato order cancelled without notification

We had ordered via zomato pizzas from pizza hut. Date: *june'** at jaipur. After making payment we realised we needed to change the order. There was no flexibility on app to change or cancel order so we called pizza hut outlet and the zomato rider called us back. He told us order cannot be changed and there would be zero refund upon cancellation so after much argument we asked him to deliver since payment was already made via card. After few minutes I noticed that the order was cancelled. After enquiring via their chat support they said rider said we rejected order. Now we have no food and money lost. There is no basis for cancelling order without notifying us. No one is a fool to cancel an order aftef knowing about zero refund. The zomato personnel should be held responsible.
