Zomato - Zomato is cheating customer's

My colleague placed order in zomato using simpl payment in my mobile. And also payment is already done . After **min I called delivery boy to know how long it will take so at that moment I forgot that I paid using Simpl so I asked whether I can pay using Google pay he said ok you can so he reached and he checked the zomato but he didn't inform me that it was already paid. He jest collect money via Google pay again and ran away I totally forgot it after a day only I just got confused I calculated my money that I spent at that time only I come know that I was cheated by dely boy. So I complained this to zomato since from * days I'm daily speaking with them they said that refund amount is initiated it will be refunded after **hrs after **hrs if not refund is done I text another new agent will say no there is nothing initiated sry it's keep on going zomato is lying lot. Very very bad
