Zomato food delivery - Zomato food order not fulfilled for Meal box from Granville Greens on Oct 2019

Hi Team,

Please note that the order paid today for Meal Box to Granville Greeens in Ghatkopar via Zomato app was not fulfilled due to reason of wrong pin location whereas order was given for right address where I am currently residing in C-***, Sagar park, Amrut Nagar, Near R City Mall, Ghatkopar W -**.

The reason that my order was cancelled my money was not refunded was because the delivery vendor told as my Pin location is incorrect they can only deliver upto * km point from the wrong pin location the rest *** metre distance from there we need to cover the distance to collect the order. However amount was paid for full delivery & correct address.

I had to cancel this order as I had ordered the food from my Office in Kurla W the food was ordered for my parents as my mom is sick so no from home can come collect parcel *** m from my home. Hence I had to forcefully cancel & they told that they would not refund since I cancelled the order.

However interesting thing I ordered for Meal box on *th Oct. **** using the same location however the order was delivered from Shiv Prasad hotel .
