Ordered food from zomato and no proper response from customer care even after * hours after my booking is confirmed.. the customer care executive are so lethargic and disconnected the phone while speaking over the phone..
The customer chat service is also so bad that I had to wait for ** and yet didn't any response.. where the response TAT is at * - * mins ..
