Ajay TA filed complaint against Zomato on Nov 15, 2018
Hello Team, we had order food from Zomato on date Nov ** th Ref No : **********. We wait for ** min and we got a call from your executive and told he is some where near please navigate him, we tried **–** min to help him even we travelled to his location to collect the item. But when we called him from the location that he told where he reach he is not taking is phone.
After that when we check status the order has been cancelled and reason is :
“Sorry , the order was declined as your number was not reachable.”
Please make not we spoke to delivery person and one from Zomato team to navigate to address and the reason for cancelation is “Number not reachable”.
We want full refund of amount. Its not at all our fault. We have full proof of things that happen to us. We are moving to consumer court regarding this. Is there some other alternatives ?
